The A Team rocks! Dr. Arletty Smith, and Alora are awesome! They made me feel really comfortable I was there for a check up and we ended up doing a pap, I told Dr. Smith, I had a very bad experience with a previous doctor and I was scared and he had hurt me.
Dr. Arletty was super calm and told me it would be OK and step by step what she was going to do, and she made me calm down and breathe and it was over in no time. What a difference with a doctor who cares and who has compassion and understanding for their patients. I afore her! I gave her and Alora a hug before my mom and I left.
