About Catherine Bennett, AGACNP-BC

Catherine Bennett is an Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC) who began practicing in 2002. She earned her nursing degrees from the Medical University of South Carolina and Armstrong Atlantic State University.

With a strong foundation in critical care and a passion for serving the geriatric population, Catherine is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She believes the most important aspects of healthcare are building meaningful relationships with patients and offering support during life’s most vulnerable moments.

Raised in a medical household, her father a physician and pharmacist, and her mother a hospital laboratory manager, Catherine’s passion for healthcare began early. From volunteering as a candy striper to working in emergency services, her lifelong commitment to patient care naturally led her to a career in nursing.

Before joining Complete Health, Catherine practiced in South Carolina as a Critical Care Nurse Educator and Nurse Practitioner, gaining experience across holistic care, trauma, primary care, and hospice settings. She also owned and operated her own private practice. Since relocating to Florida, she has focused on geriatric care, serving patients in managed care, skilled nursing, and assisted living communities.

Outside of work, Catherine is deeply involved with Scouting America, serving as committee chair and AOL den leader for Cub Scout Pack 436 in Port Orange, as well as the 2026 program director for Cub Scout Day Camp in East Volusia County. A lifelong Disney enthusiast, she enjoys visiting the parks, traveling both domestically and abroad, and expressing her creativity through watercolor, acrylic, and photography. She also loves attending theater performances—Les Misérables is her favorite.
