Amanda Akhmetov serves as Vice President of Practice Transformation at Complete Health, where she leads initiatives focused on advancing value-based care, enhancing clinical operations, and improving patient outcomes across the organization.

An accomplished healthcare executive, Amanda brings extensive experience spanning provider, payer, and consulting environments, with a strong background in population health, care management, and healthcare innovation.

Prior to joining Complete Health, Amanda spent 10 years with Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) as Director of Clinical Operations for National Accounts. She also served as a Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on payer and provider care management strategies, accountable care organization development, and value-based care transformation.

Amanda began her career as an adult medical-surgical nurse at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Her firsthand experience caring for patients inspired a lifelong commitment to improving the healthcare system through innovation, quality, and more coordinated care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from University of Illinois Chicago, and an MBA with a specialty in Health Care Management Innovation & Technology from Johns Hopkins University. Amanda also holds a Case Management Certification.
