Keith Patterson

Keith Patterson, MBA, is Complete Health’s Chief Financial Officer. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and strategy leadership across provider organizations, health plans, and healthcare services.

As Chief Financial Officer, Keith leads Complete Health’s financial strategy, capital planning, and performance management, focusing on positioning the organization for sustainable growth and long-term financial strength.

Before Complete Health, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VNS Health, a more than $4 billion organization and one of the nation’s largest providers of home- and community-based care. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Ready Responders and held senior finance, strategy, and corporate development roles at UnitedHealth Group and Aetna.

Keith’s expertise includes financial strategy, value-based care, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and capital planning. He has focused his career on helping healthcare organizations navigate periods of growth, transformation, and operational change. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida A&M University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
