Tiffany Sullivan

Tiffany Sullivan is a seasoned healthcare executive with close to a decade of experience leading large-scale, value-based care organizations. She brings to Complete Health a proven track record of operational excellence and a deep commitment to building physician-centric organizations that deliver exceptional outcomes for patients.

Prior to joining Complete Health in June 2026, Tiffany served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Specialty Services at Envision Healthcare, where she led significant operational and financial transformation initiatives across the enterprise. She previously served as President of Optum Care Network, where she built and launched a risk-bearing entity supporting 160,000 patients across the Pacific Northwest and grew the business to approximately $1.2 billion in revenue. Earlier in her career, Tiffany served as Market President for DaVita Medical Group in Colorado and New Mexico, improving provider satisfaction and operational performance in both markets.

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Arts from Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University.
