Who can use the walk-in clinics?

Our walk-in clinics are available for our established Complete Health patients. This allows us to provide a faster, more personal experience.

How is this different from a Same-Day Sick Appointment?

A Same-Day Sick Appointment is a reserved slot that you schedule by calling your primary doctor’s office. The goal is to see your specific doctor or their direct team. Our Walk-In Clinic is a physical location you can go to without calling and be seen by the next available provider.

How is this different from Urgent Care?

Our walk-in clinics are for our patients to get quick care for common, non-emergency illnesses. Urgent care centers are open to the general public and are often equipped for more complex issues like X-rays or stitches.

What conditions are treated at the walk-in clinic?

These clinics are perfect for common, acute issues. Come here for things like:

• Colds, coughs, and flu-like symptoms
• Sore throats or earaches
• Sinus infections
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

When should I schedule an appointment instead?

You should always schedule a regular appointment for managing chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure), medication refills, Annual Wellness Visits and any non-urgent health concerns.

Will my primary care doctor know I visited the walk-in clinic?

Yes. The provider you see will document your visit in your single, shared medical record. Your primary care doctor will be fully updated, ensuring your care stays seamless and coordinated.

What about medical emergencies?

Our walk-in clinics are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, such as chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or signs of a stroke, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
