Crystal Barnett, MSN, FNP-C

Crystal Barnett is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2025, building on a nursing career that began in 2008.

Before joining Complete Health, Crystal spent 12 years in home health and three years in advanced GI at UAB. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in chronic disease management, complex patient care, and whole-person treatment approaches.

Crystal is deeply passionate about patient advocacy and education, expanding access to healthcare, and helping patients successfully manage chronic conditions. She chose a career in healthcare because of the privilege it offers to connect with patients during their most vulnerable moments while also being a voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Outside of the office, Crystal loves to travel and makes it a goal to visit a new place each year. She enjoys all things water-related, whether it’s relaxing at the pool or spending the day at the beach, and is always excited to try new restaurants. An avid Auburn fan, she especially enjoys cheering on the Tigers during basketball and football season.
