Leslie Smothers, DO

Leslie Smothers is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from the William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Before joining Complete Health, she practiced in the North Mississippi area for 12 years.
Smothers chose to pursue a career in healthcare to make a positive impact in rural communities. Growing up in rural Alabama, her goal has always been to provide high-quality care to people like herself and her family. In her practice, she is especially passionate about geriatrics, as well as hospice and palliative care. She also has a strong clinical interest in preventative medicine and obesity management.
Outside of the office, Smothers loves spending time with her family and her many animals. She is a dedicated pet owner with a very full house, caring for five dogs and two cats, all of which are rescues.
