Anthony DiCostanzo, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) serving patients at Complete Health South Daytona. He earned his advanced practice degree from South University and began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2025, building on eight years of experience as a registered nurse, including three years in the ICU and five years in the emergency department.
A United States Marine Corps veteran, Anthony brings discipline, compassion, and a strong sense of service to his role in healthcare. His passion lies in developing meaningful connections with patients and providing comprehensive care for both acute and chronic conditions. He is especially committed to preventive medicine, focusing on reducing the burden of avoidable chronic diseases that affect quality of life and longevity.
Anthony was inspired to pursue healthcare through his military emergency training and personal experiences supporting loved ones facing health challenges. His goal is to be a trusted provider who helps improve community health, one patient at a time.
Outside the office, Anthony enjoys staying active—whether he’s at the beach, surfing, hitting the gym, or cheering on his favorite teams: the Florida State Seminoles, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Florida Panthers. He also loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, and meeting new people.
