Complete Health Appoints Tiffany Sullivan as Chief Executive Officer

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, June 18, 2026 – Complete Health, a nationally recognized leader in value-based care, today announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Tiffany Sullivan as Chief Executive Officer, effective on June 1, 2026. Ms. Sullivan succeeds Dr. John Farley, who served as Interim Chief Executive Officer, and who returned to his role as Chief Medical Officer upon Ms. Sullivan’s appointment.

Ms. Sullivan is an accomplished healthcare leader with deep experience across large-scale, value-based care organizations. She brings to Complete Health strong operational expertise, a commitment to partnering with physicians, and a focus on expanding access to complete, patient-centered care in the communities the company serves.

Prior to joining Complete Health, Ms. Sullivan served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Specialty Services at Envision Healthcare, where she led operational and financial transformation initiatives across the enterprise. She previously served as President of Optum Care Network, where she built and launched a risk-bearing entity supporting 160,000 patients across the Pacific Northwest. Earlier in her career, she served as Market President for DaVita Medical Group in Colorado and New Mexico, improving provider satisfaction and operational performance in both markets.
