Amy McCandless earned a doctor in nursing practice (DNP) at the University of Central Florida. She has practiced primary care since 2010. She is passionate about developing collaborative and trusting relationships with her patients through compassion, integrity, and respect. She partners with patients to help them lead a life of wellness through preventative care and disease management.

In her spare time, she enjoys time with her husband and two sons and their various sports and hobbies. They take mini getaways to theme parks and enjoy time with grandparents. She also loves science fiction. Amy is a native Floridian.
