Dixie Richter, CRNP earned a master’s in nursing to become a nurse practitioner from Troy University. She has practiced primary care since 1993. She is passionate about working with her patients of all ages.

In her spare time, she enjoys working on her small family farm that raises beef cattle. She serves as a director of the Cullman County Cattlewomen’s Association and the Alabama Cattlewomen’s Association. She also enjoys traveling, reading and rooting for Auburn.
