Dr. James Brown, M.D. earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He is board-certified in family medicine and has practiced since 2002. Dr. Brown is passionate about helping patients modify and reduce risk factors like obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, lipid levels and hormones. He also treats disorders like anxiety and depression and provides preventative care, acute care and care for orthopedic issues and complaints. He tries to partner with his patients to improve their health.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children and family along with working out daily, playing soccer and playing rugby for the Daytona Rugby Football Club. He also can be found planting trees, enjoying the beach, socializing and taking in the tropical scenery along the Central Florida coast.
