Dana Gamel, MSN, NP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner practicing at Complete Health Greystone. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and has been practicing since 2018.
Dana is passionate about patient education, particularly in chronic disease prevention and management. She believes that empowering patients with knowledge leads to better health outcomes and an improved quality of life.
Her decision to pursue a career in healthcare was driven by a desire to make a positive impact on patient care. She also enjoys the continuous learning opportunities that the medical field provides, allowing her to grow professionally and stay at the forefront of advancements in patient care.
Before joining Complete Health, Dana spent 2.5 years working for a value-based in-home healthcare company, where she gained extensive experience in delivering personalized care to patients in their home environments.
Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her friends and family, attending church, and practicing hot yoga.
