The doctors and providers participating with Complete Health Accountable Care are part of a new and exciting model developed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This model offers additional resources and care management team members who come together to coordinate our patients’ care. Our priority is to make sure our Medicare patients receive the right care at the right time.

Complete Health Accountable Care is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), participating in the Direct Contracting Entity Model, a new initiative from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
