Tracie Morris

Tracie Morris is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience leading people strategy for high-growth, private equity–backed organizations. She has served as Vice President of Human Resources at Complete Health since 2020, where she leads HR strategy and operations to support rapid expansion through acquisitions and de novo growth while maintaining a strong focus on culture, engagement, and service excellence.

Prior to Complete Health, Tracie held senior HR leadership roles with Colonial Management Group, Healthfirst, Bright House Networks, Comcast, and other multi-state organizations across healthcare, insurance, and telecommunications. Throughout her career, she has built and scaled HR functions, supported mergers and acquisitions, redesigned compensation and benefits programs, modernized HR technology, and led compliance and risk management initiatives for workforces ranging from hundreds to thousands of employees.

Known for her strategic yet hands-on leadership style, Tracie excels at guiding organizations through growth and change while strengthening leadership pipelines and reducing turnover. She brings a disciplined, people-centered approach to HR that aligns talent strategy with business objectives, helping organizations scale sustainably and position themselves for long-term success.
