Complete Health reaffirms its commitment to Volusia County

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 30, 2021 – Complete Health, one of Volusia County’s fastest growing and largest private primary care groups, announces all its practices will now be known under the flagship company name of Complete Health. After three years of building the seven-practice area group by merging and acquiring existing private practices, Complete Health will rebrand all its Volusia locations as the single entity in March.

The Complete Health practices updating their names are Ormond Medical Arts (Ormond Beach), Sandpiper Medical Associates (Ormond Beach), Family Care Physicians (South Daytona), Family Practice of West Volusia (DeLand), Advanced Family Medical (DeLand), Family Practice of West Volusia (Orange City) and Shores Medical (Edgewater).

Complete Health is a Florida-based, privately-owned primary care practice group that focuses on quality primary care with expanded services and convenient care options to provide care efficiently and cost-effectively. Complete Health has grown exponentially in Volusia since its first practice acquisition (Ormond Medical Arts) and now has 26 providers and a total staff of more than 130 across the market. Complete Health cares for more than 30,000 patients across Volusia County.

“We are pleased to continue to offer top-tier primary care in Volusia County with one recognizable practice name,” said Jeff Preuss, CEO of Complete Health. “This years-long journey of building Complete Health in the region has resulted in a primary care group that is recognized for focusing on full-patient health and wellness through patient engagement, access, and service excellence.”

Complete Health offers a unique, industry-leading concept in patient care – dedicated care coordinators and member support representatives who educate and address concerns of patients and help them access benefits and health services, with special attention on our seniors. Complete Health practices also have the added benefit of a collaborative relationship with Complete Health Research, which specializes in offering clinical trials that benefit patients with groundbreaking treatments not always available to the general public.

“By choosing a Complete Health practice, a patient can be confident that their primary care team will always be their best advocate,” said Preuss. “That’s why our motto is patients first…always. They are the reason we come to work every day.”
