Jessica Clark brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience to her role as Vice President of Florida Market Operations at Complete Health. Her diverse background spans hospital operations, surgical services, value analysis, and hospice care. Throughout her career, Jessica has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the field, including being named to AORN’s 40 Under 40 Leader Recognition, receiving the Palmetto Gold Nursing Award, and being honored as a 2025 40 Under 40 recipient by The Daytona Beach News-Journal. She has also been featured in Modern Healthcare and has presented at national conferences on leadership and strategies to improve patient outcomes. Jessica holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Central Carolina Technical College (2008), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington (2015), and a Doctorate in Nursing Executive Leadership from the Medical University of South Carolina (2017), where she graduated summa cum laude. She is also certified in Nurse Executive Leadership. Deeply committed to her community, Jessica has coordinated medical support for local sporting events, led food drives, and participated in numerous fundraising walks and beach cleanups. Her passion for healthcare was inspired by a desire to serve her community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Her key areas of expertise include strategic planning, healthcare operations leadership, team development, patient-centered care, and change management.
