John Lyerly is an accomplished strategic planning professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership. His career includes impactful roles at prominent organizations such as Ascension Health, Alivia Care (Hospice and Palliative Care), and KPMG Healthcare Consulting. Throughout his career, John has specialized in strategic planning, proforma development, and market analysis—driving growth and operational excellence across diverse healthcare settings. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the University of Alabama and a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from the University of South Florida. He is passionate about community service and currently serves as a Building Team Lead for Habitat for Humanity and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville. With a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a commitment to community impact, John continues to lead strategic initiatives that support organizational success and improved health outcomes.
