Millard McQuaid, FACHE, MBA, MSF, is the Vice President of Market Operations for the Colorado Market at Complete Health. Millard has over 15 years of healthcare experience, including Chief Operating Officer at Community Health of Central Washington and Executive Director of Rocky Mountain Primary Care. Millard has a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University and a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and holds a Lead Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management & Strategy Institute.
