Miralee Negron is the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Complete Health, joining the organization in 2021. Before her role at Complete Health, Miralee spent 15 years with Mayo Clinic in various Financial Analyst roles. She also served as a Staff Accountant and Bookkeeper earlier in her career. Miralee has extensive experience in the health care industry, driving advanced analytics and developing high-performing teams. Her expertise and passion lie with Business Process Improvement, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Market, Value-Based Care Metrics, Physician Compensation, and Leadership. Miralee has her Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport and a bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras.
