Senior Vice President, Value-Based Care
Vickie Wilson, BSN, CRC, is the Senior Vice President of Value-Based Care at Complete Health and has been with the organization since 2018. Vickie has been instrumental in Complete Health’s commitment to quality care and care management. Before joining Complete Health, Vickie served as the Director of Quality Care at Physician Group Services, where she built the Quality Department and led efforts on Medicare Quality Stars and Risk Adjustment (HCC). Her core expertise and passion lie with value-based care strategy, population health management, risk contracting, payer relations, quality improvement, and health equity initiatives. Vickie is a graduate of the University of North Florida and Florida State College at Jacksonville. Her mission is to bridge the gap between innovation and implementation, ensuring every patient receives the right care, at the right time, in the right setting, for the right value.
