Dr. Octavian Popescu, MD earned his degree in medicine at Carol Davila University in Bucharest, Romania. He has practiced medicine since 1992. He completed Internal Medicine residency at the State University of New York – Downstate Medical Center. He is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases. He is passionate about caring for patients through internal medicine and helping patients avoid and recover from infectious diseases and their complications.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies along with spending time with his family.
