Medicare Navigation

We’ll help you make sense of Medicare. So you don’t have to.

Our team helps you understand Medicare and connects you with licensed experts who provide clear, unbiased assistance so you can feel confident in your choice.

What is Medicare Navigation?

Medicare Navigation is an educational support service we offer to help patients and community members understand the different parts of Medicare and what they mean. While we do not recommend or select plans, we can connect you with licensed agents who are trained to provide personalized guidance.

Why is it so difficult to choose a Medicare plan?

Medicare has many different parts, and the options can be confusing. Between Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage (Part C), Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) and Medigap supplements, there are many choices that can impact your costs and coverage. Understanding these pieces can help you feel more prepared before speaking with a licensed agent.

Who will be helping me?

You’ll start with our Patient Advocate Team, who can answer general questions and walk you through Medicare basics. For plan comparisons or enrollment help, we partner with licensed, independent insurance agents who can review your options and provide unbiased guidance.

Are you insurance agents? Do you sell plans?

No, we are not an insurance agency and we do not sell or endorse any Medicare Plans. Our primary goal is to provide education. We partner with licensed, independent agents who can help you with plan-specific assistance and enrollment.

What kind of help can I expect?

Our team can help you with several things, including:

  • Understanding the different parts of Medicare (A, B, C, and D).
  • Explaining general terminology and enrollment periods
  • Preparing questions for your conversation with a licensed agent
  • Connecting you with an independent agent for plan comparisons or enrollment support

When should I review my Medicare plan?

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, which runs from Oct. 15 to Dec. 7 each year, is the best time to review your coverage. You can also review your plan if you are new to Medicare or qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to a life event.
