Telehealth

Skip the waiting room, not the care.

We’re here for you 7 days a week. Get the complete care you need when you’re sick from the comfort of your couch.

What is telehealth?

Telehealth is a simple and secure way to have a medical appointment with your provider using your computer or mobile device. It allows you to get medical advice and care from the comfort of your home.

How does a telehealth visit work?

Start by scheduling your appointment just like a normal visit. At the scheduled time, a member of our care team or your provider will contact you.

What kinds of appointments are available for a telehealth visit?

A visit over the phone is a great option over the weekends for:

  • Colds, coughs and flu-like symptoms
  • Sore throats or earaches
  • Sinus infections
  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

When should I not use a telehealth visit?

You should always schedule an in-person visit for your Annual Wellness Visit, a physical exam, or any other routine or chronic care appointment. Telehealth is also not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, such as chest pain or signs of a stroke, call 911 immediately.

Is my telehealth visit private and secure?

Yes. Your visit with your provider is just as private and confidential as an in-office visit. Your health information is always protected.
