Allison Villegas, PA-C

Serving the Denver-Metro area, Allison Villegas has been practicing medicine since 2012 after earning her degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She is board-certified as a Physician Assistant and has spent the last 13 years specializing in post-acute and long-term care medicine. Her work has centered on supporting adults of all ages, whether transitioning through rehabilitation after hospitalization or receiving long-term care in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Allison is especially passionate about caring for older adults. She understands the unique challenges that come with aging and is dedicated to advocating for her patients and their families. Known for her compassion and knowledge, she takes pride in guiding patients through complex healthcare needs while offering reassurance and kindness every step of the way.

Her path into healthcare began with a love of science and the human body’s intricacies. Although she initially studied biochemistry with plans for a research career, Allison quickly realized she wanted more direct interaction with people. Medicine allowed her to combine her curiosity with her passion for helping others solve problems and find answers.

Outside of her practice, Allison enjoys a wide range of hobbies. She and her partner are avid board gamers and escape room enthusiasts. At home, she loves reading, cooking, gardening, and DIY projects, often with her dog, Twyla Beans, by her side. Whether she’s tackling a home improvement challenge or exploring new games, Allison brings the same problem-solving spirit and enthusiasm she shares with her patients.
