Coraima Aguilar, PA-C

Coraima Aguilar, PA-C, earned her medical degree from Pace University and began practicing in 2022.

She is passionate about managing chronic conditions and promoting preventive medicine, with a strong focus on patient education and health literacy. Coraima loves working with patients from diverse backgrounds and languages, ensuring care is accessible and collaborative.

She chose a career in healthcare to guide patients in making informed medical decisions and to partner with them in improving health outcomes.

Before joining Rocky Mountain Primary Care, Coraima served for three years at Clinica Family Health, an FQHC dedicated to caring for low-income and uninsured patients.

Outside the office, Coraima is a devoted Chicago sports fan, though she happily supports Denver teams, too. She enjoys attending sporting events, exploring MLB ballparks, traveling, going to concerts and music festivals, camping, kayaking, and fishing. She is an avid moviegoer, visiting the theater up to eight times a month.
