Brian Wegner, MD was born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised in Cherokee, Iowa.
He graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1997, and completed residency at Trinity Lutheran Family Practice Residency Program in Kansas City, Missouri in 2000.
Dr. Wegner joined Rocky Mountain Primary Care in December 2004.
He is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Wegner has been certified by NCQA in both Diabetes and Heart / Stroke.
