Dr. Harmon is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical School and completed his residency at Halifax Medical Center in Florida.
A native of rural Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, Dr. Jason Harmon comes to Complete Health - Greystone with close to 20 years of medical practice experience in Florida. There he built a thriving practice of patients who have come to know him for his personal knowledge of both their health and their lives in general.
Dr. Harmon is a strong believer in preventative health but also enjoys educating his patients about their health conditions so that they can clearly understand his medical recommendations and be proactive in their medical decisions. Dr. Harmon believes that by working to effectively explain complex health issues in understandable terms, a patient can make better choices about their health.
He is a dog lover with a penchant for large breeds including Greyhounds and Great Danes. He loves to stay active and takes his own advice of exercising to stay healthy by working out, mountain biking, and playing disc golf.
