Dr. Karen Burnett, MD

Dr. Burnett returns to Partners in Health after a two-year hiatus in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Karen was born in Oregon, grew up in Boston, MA, and has called Colorado home since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree from Keene State College, Keene, NH then her M.D. degree from Saba University School of Medicine, Saba, Dutch Caribbean. She trained at St. Anthony’s Family Medicine Residency Program and immediately following graduation, she joined Mark and Jeff at Partners in Health Family Medicine.

She is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients based on their individual needs. She has extensive experience in sports medicine, urgent care, women’s services, chronic care management and preventive medicine. She enjoys providing care across the spectrum of life; from the newborn to the elderly.

In her free time Karen enjoys gardening, hiking, singing, playing pool and hanging out with her dogs.
