Dr. Kimberly Benage earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2003 and completed her Family Medicine residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver in 2006. She spent the first 17 years of her career at Clinica Family Health and Wellness, where she provided high-quality, cost-effective, and culturally competent care to patients of all ages. Dr. Benage is passionate about caring for families across generations, with a special interest in pediatrics and supporting parents through the developmental stages of childhood. She is committed to delivering culturally appropriate care and is fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for diverse patient populations. In recognition of her dedication to quality care and teamwork, she was honored as AdventHealth Avista Physician of the Year in 2023. Outside of medicine, Dr. Benage enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her four children, supporting them in their sports and activities. She is also actively involved in philanthropy, volunteering with Crazy Love Africa, a charity supporting single mothers in Uganda.
