Dr. Martha Ives, MD

Dr. Martha Ives brings over three decades of experience in patient care, with a unique background in both internal medicine and pediatrics. She earned her medical degree from the University of Utah and began practicing in 1993.

For the past 25 years, she has served the Arvada community at Rocky Mountain Primary Care, including three years as president and CEO.

Dr. Ives has been nationally recognized by the NCQA for more than 10 years for excellence in cardiovascular, heart, stroke, and diabetes care. She has a special interest in solving complex internal medicine diagnostic cases while also finding joy in caring for her pediatric patients.

A self-described physiologist at heart, she is continually inspired by the science of medicine and finds great reward in helping patients better understand their health.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ives enjoys life on her hobby farm, raising and showing collie dogs. She’s also an avid reader, passionate quilter, and gardener. After raising three children, she finds fulfillment in her many creative and outdoor pursuits.
