Dr. Vlad Prelipcean, MD earned his degree in medicine at Carol Davila School of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania and went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago along with a fellowship in arthritis and connective tissue diseases at Northwestern in Chicago. He has practiced as a board-certified internal medicine physician since 1993. He is passionate about providing longitudinal care for people and families in Alabama. He always tries to find the best course of treatment and includes his patients in the decision-making process through open dialogue and compassionate understanding.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, planning his next big vacation and living a healthy lifestyle. He also enjoys watching sports he once played, including soccer, tennis and skiing.
