Dr. Fabiola Fairgrieve is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been caring for patients since 2000. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and is also an attorney.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, and French, Dr. Fairgrieve is passionate about serving diverse communities. She has participated in numerous overseas missions and volunteers regularly in her community.
As a bariatric patient herself, Dr. Fairgrieve brings a personal perspective to wellness and weight-loss journeys. She loves supporting patients not only with their medical needs but with compassion, resourcefulness, and real-world guidance.
Dr. Fairgrieve has been drawn to medicine since childhood. At just three years old, she helped translate for her grandmother during medical appointments, sparking a lifelong desire to care for others. Over her career, she has practiced in a wide variety of settings across Central Florida and the panhandle, including primary care, urgent care, and inpatient hospice.
Outside the office, Dr. Fairgrieve enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with the elderly and homebound, whose stories and wisdom she treasures. A lifelong fan of The Sound of Music, she knows every song by heart and even performed in a high-school production. She also loves to sing.
Dr. Fairgrieve is a proud mother of four—three adopted and one biological—and a grandmother of two. Her faith is central to her life, and she considers it a blessing to serve others each day.
