Hannah Kyzar is a native of the Birmingham area. After working in the Neuro-intensive Care Unit at UAB, she joined Simon-Williamson Clinic in 2016 when she completed her MSN as one of SWC’s first adult primary care nurse practitioners.
After practicing in Augusta, Georgia for a few years, she returned to rejoin SWC in 2020.
She is married and has an infant daughter, Maggie.
