Jeffrey W. Hilburn, MS, PA-C

Jeffrey Hilburn II, MS PA-C, has been providing compassionate, evidence-based medical care since 2005. He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia University and is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants.

Over his 20-year career, he has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for his excellence in diabetes, cardiovascular, and stroke care.

Jeffrey is passionate about delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, from infants to seniors. He enjoys managing chronic medical conditions and has a special interest in working with Spanish-speaking patients. With a background in counseling, he prioritizes mental health as a key component of overall well-being. His holistic approach to healthcare also acknowledges the importance of spiritual health in promoting balance and wellness. Jeffrey values the long-term relationships he builds with his patients and the opportunity to collaborate with a strong, diverse healthcare team.

Outside of the office, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and their golden retriever. An outdoor enthusiast, he loves camping, hiking, and fishing. He is also an avid music fan and enjoys attending live shows. Passionate about youth sports, he takes pride in coaching and cheering on his kids’ teams, though he also supports the Indiana Hoosiers and Denver Broncos. Above all, he treasures family adventures and making his loved ones laugh with his signature Dad jokes.
