Jeromy Wilson, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience in family medicine and urgent care. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and has been board-certified by the NCCPA since 2008. Passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health, Jeromy focuses on optimizing the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol. He also strongly emphasizes preventive care, guiding patients toward healthier lifestyles through fitness, exercise, and nutrition. Jeromy’s interest in healthcare stems from his lifelong fascination with human physiology, performance, and the body's ability to adapt and thrive. Before joining Complete Health, he spent 15 years at Rocky Mountain Urgent Care and Family Medicine, transitioning to Rocky Mountain Primary Care - Partners in Health in 2023. A Colorado native, Jeromy grew up in Fraser, near Winter Park Resort, where he competed as an alpine ski racer. He later dedicated his early career to coaching athletes, helping them reach the U.S. Ski Team and compete in the Winter Olympics. Outside of work, he enjoys alpine skiing, water skiing, wake surfing, hiking, fly fishing, and hockey—all of which allow him to spend quality time with his wife and two grown children. A proud graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology, he remains an avid supporter of the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos.
