Marla Couture, DNP, CRNP, ACNP-BC

Marla Couture is a dedicated healthcare professional with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Pittsburgh. She began her medical career in 1997 and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

With a sub-specialty in cardio-pulmonary medicine, Marla has a keen interest in medication compliance and its impact on patient outcomes, a topic she explored in her doctoral project. Marla’s passion for healthcare is rooted in her long-standing interest in the sciences and medicine.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys swimming, gardening, cooking, and hiking with her dogs. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, she is also an avid Steelers fan. Marla finds joy in spending time with her adult children and granddaughter.

Before joining Complete Health at the Greystone location, Marla practiced at Galileo Medical and Loyal Source in Seattle, WA, where she performed disability assessments for veterans. Additionally, she served as a faculty member at the UAB School of Nursing for over a decade, contributing significantly to the education of future nurses.
