Nikki Turner, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, patient-centered care at Complete Health Greystone. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Samford University and has been practicing since 2017. With a strong clinical background and a lifelong passion for healthcare, Nikki brings a wealth of experience and empathy to every patient interaction.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Nikki worked as a registered nurse in both labor and delivery and the gastrointestinal (GI) lab. These early roles gave her a deep understanding of acute care and women’s health. After becoming an NP, she gained experience in urgent care for two years, where she honed her diagnostic and procedural skills in a fast-paced setting. For the past six years, Nikki has focused on primary care, where she enjoys building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them achieve better health outcomes over time.
Nikki was drawn to healthcare from a young age. She always knew she wanted to work in a field where she could make a meaningful difference. Over the years, her interest in medicine evolved into a calling to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. She is especially passionate about watching her patients make progress and seeing how improved health can positively transform every aspect of their lives.
In addition to her clinical work, Nikki values the personal connections she forms with her patients. She believes in taking the time to listen and understand each individual’s needs, goals, and challenges, ensuring that every care plan is as unique as the person it’s designed for.
Outside of the office, Nikki enjoys a full and active life. She loves spending quality time with her husband and their three beloved dogs—Lucy, Polly, and Tank. Reading is one of her favorite ways to relax and recharge. A proud native of Tuscaloosa, Nikki is also a devoted Alabama Crimson Tide fan and enjoys cheering on her team every season.

The Greystone primary care office is located at 7191 Cahaba Valley Road, Suite 300. The clinic is housed within the One Nineteen Health and Wellness Center located south of Birmingham, AL.
