Vincetta is a senior healthcare specialist who established her career at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. A native of Birmingham, she also has more than 15 years of experience as an educator and college instructor. She has a passion for serving others and she builds trustworthy relationships with her patients.

As a Member Support Representative at Complete Health, Vincetta utilizes her combined skills to serve as an advocate for our patients, bringing education and understanding to patients navigating a complicated and confusing health care system, with a focus on patients on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. By helping patients understand available insurance and community benefits, Vincetta develops relationships with her patients that help them stay happy and healthy.

In her free time, Vincetta has a passion for writing adult and children’s books, producing stage plays, and motivating audiences to live life to the fullest.
