Complete Health adds South Daytona to its Volusia group
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., March 16, 2021 – Family Care Physicians in South Daytona has joined the growing Complete Health primary care group. Complete Health now has seven full-service primary care locations from Ormond Beach to Edgewater to Deland and Orange City. Complete Health is one of Volusia County’s fastest growing and largest privately owned primary care groups.
Becoming a Complete Health practice gives Family Care Physicians additional resources, bolstering the services already available. Family Care Physicians is a family medical practice that has two doctors and one advanced practice provider. The practice was founded by Jeffrey Friedman, D.O. and Jose Gierbolini, M.D.
Dr. Friedman received his medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at Old Westbury, New York in 1983. He completed residency at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, New York. Since completing his obligation to the Public Health Service in West Virginia in 1990 he has been in private practice. Dr. Friedman is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Gierbolini received his medical degree at Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico in 1983. He completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Chicago. Since completing his obligation to the Public Health Service in Florida in 1990 he has been in private practice. Dr. Gierbolini is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
